Detailed information on applications and required documentation
The name change in the water contract can be requested by both parties provided all obligations have been paid. Required: Registration certificate at IPRO, Buy-Sell Contract, Identification document and Water booklet.
Application must be signed by both parties: Landlord and tenant identification, rental contract, ownership documentation, Water booklet.
Submit: Legal inheritance certificate or Ownership certificate from IPRO with death certificate and family certificate.
When applying for a new water meter, appear at UKK Units with: Written request, Water Booklet photocopy, Identification document, Fee payment, Ownership document (if not on file).
For buildings up to three floors: Written request or Standard Form, Identity document, family certificate, ownership document or mortgage certificate, object layout or photo, personal declaration and payment mandate.
For multi-story buildings: Application form, Construction Permit and Location Plan 1:500, Administrator's ID, Engineering network displacement control.
For buildings up to three floors: Written request, Identity document, family certificate, ownership document, Hydraulic Project, personal declaration, payment mandate.
